Common questions
The coach creates an invitation for a roster spot and shares the code. The player installs Floor General, chooses "I am a player" during setup, and enters the code. Any role or archetypes the coach already assigned to that spot are waiting when they arrive — a coach can set a player up before that player has ever opened the app.
Entitlements follow the account, not the device. Make sure you are signed in with the same email you purchased under, then fully close and reopen the app. If it still shows the free tier, email us with that address and the store receipt and we will fix it from our side.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store — Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store › Subscriptions on Android. If you subscribed on this website, email us and we will cancel it. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
They are two products and can be bought separately, or together as All-Access — one subscription covering ClipboardIQ Pro and Floor General Pro, at $269.99 a year or $29.99 a month. Bought apart the two come to $328.99 a year. See the pricing page for what each one includes.
It grades the decision, not the outcome. Questions are evaluated by a deterministic rules engine against the philosophy the coach wrote down, so a good read that misses is still a good read and a lucky one is still the wrong choice. Every answer shows the rule behind it, so it can be discussed rather than just accepted.
No. Players must be at least 13 (14 in Bulgaria, and 16 in EU countries that set that age), and a player under 18 needs a parent's agreement. The coach confirms this before inviting them. A parent who wants a player's data removed can write to us, and we will remove it.
In either app, open Settings and tap Delete account. If you no longer have the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. For Floor General, the account deletion page under Legal below lists exactly what is removed and what is kept.
