These terms are an agreement between you and Sport Link LLC ("we", "us") for the use of the Floor General app ("Floor General", "the App"). By creating an account you accept them. They do not cover our other product, ClipboardIQ, which has its own terms.
Floor General is basketball decision training. Coaches describe how their team plays; players answer quiz questions built from game situations; every answer is graded against the coach's system by a deterministic rules engine and explained. The App is training material for basketball decisions. It is not professional, medical or fitness advice.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for coaching your team or for your own training as a player. All rights in the App — software, questions, explanations, designs and trademarks — belong to Sport Link LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, sub-license or reverse-engineer the App, or use it for anything unlawful.
By inviting a player, a coach confirms that:
Coaches are responsible for the names, notes and other information they enter about players. Enter only what coaching needs. Do not enter health information, home addresses, identity numbers or other sensitive information. Remove a player from your roster when they leave the team.
Do not share your account, sign in as someone else, interfere with the service, try to access other teams' data, or use the App to harass anyone. Quiz feedback you send us should be about the questions.
Players never pay; a team's access follows its coach's plan. Purchases made through Apple or Google are governed by that store's terms, including billing, cancellation and refunds. On our website, Paddle is the seller of record and its terms apply. Prices are shown before you buy. We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for, and subscribers are told before a new price applies to them.
You keep the rights to what you enter. You let us store and process it to provide the App to you and your team, as our privacy policy describes. Coach feedback on quiz questions may be used to improve the questions for everyone.
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the App under Settings › Delete account, or as described on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where possible we will tell you why first. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply after your use ends.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Quiz grading follows the rules engine and the coach's settings; it is a training aid, and a good decision in a game depends on more than any quiz can show. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Sport Link LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights consumers have under the law of the country they live in.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and disputes go to the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria — without taking away any mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in.
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and tell you in the App or by email before a material change takes effect. If you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
